Where My Story Begins
I grew up near Celje, in central Slovenia, surrounded by history, culture, and stories waiting to be told.
My passion for connecting people with places led me to study tourism on Slovenia’s coast, where I deepened my understanding of cultural heritage and authentic experiences.
Later, I spent 10 years working in a Ljubljana travel agency, where I gained hands-on expertise in creating itineraries, guest services, and international travel planning.
These experiences shaped my ability to design journeys that feel personal and meaningful — not just trips.
Shaped by the Soča Valley
For the past 12 years, the Soča Valley has been my home. Living in this emerald valley gave me more than just a place to stay, it gave me a story. Here, I combined professional travel expertise with local insights and became part of the region’s heartbeat.
I worked at the Tourist Information Center, guided countless international guests, and coordinated cultural events that celebrated Slovenia’s spirit; from Soča & Giro, which blended cycling and landscapes, to the Jestival – Festival of Flavors and Arts, where food, culture, and community came together, along with many other unique local events.
Through these experiences, I discovered how to transform Slovenia’s hidden gems, traditions, and flavors into authentic journeys filled with meaning.
My Approach Today
Today, I bring all these experiences together. My roots in Celje, the professionalism of Ljubljana, and the authenticity of the Soča Valley – into my work as a personalized travel consultant in Slovenia.
I don’t sell tours. Instead, I listen to your wishes, design custom itineraries, and connect you with authentic local experiences across Slovenia, from the Soča Valley and Idrija to Cerkno and beyond.
